AIDS Care’s main office is located at 259 Monroe Avenue, between Union and Alexander Streets, in Rochester, NY and is less than a quarter-mile from the East End, Center City/Central Business District, South Wedge, and Upper Monroe Neighborhoods. You can reach our main office on the 7 Monroe RTS Bus Route. Parking at Monroe Square is free, with spaces located behind and on the side of the building.
