LGBT Health Website Volunteer/Intern

Responsibilities

Assist the LGBT Health Team with maintaining regular activity on the website. This includes but is not limited to blogging regularly on relevant current events & issues on the local, state, national and international levels, taking photos in Rochester and surrounding communities and at LGBT community events, uploading photos to the website, assisting in creating special features and projects for the website, etc. Other related activities as necessary.

Qualifications

Experience with computer use and internet required; knowledge and experience with social networking sites (facebook, twitter, tumblr, etc.) strongly desired. Ideal candidate must have reliable and friendly disposition, and be self-motivated and able to work well alone and with others. Candidate must be LGBT friendly and able to work well in & with diverse communities.
